Welcome to our newly renovated and fully furnished 1st-floor apartment in Mendota, just a few minutes off Rt. 39! As experienced and well-reviewed hosts, we're excited to offer special pricing for our first guests in this space.
We are in a circular apartment building complex, with central shared yards and surrounded by farmland. It is about a 15-20min walk to downtown Mendota, or an easy 5 minute drive.
It's entirely possible to walk to the local grocery store and restaurants. A car is recommended, however.
