Our housekeeper, who lives just a few doors down, is amazing and ensures that the space is always well-managed and sparkling clean.

This is a private apartment that gives you exclusive access to all its features and amenities. Enjoy a small private balcony that overlooks the shared yard and grills. While laundry facilities are coin-operated and shared with other tenants in the building, we provide laundry detergent to make things easy for you.

It's entirely possible to walk to the local grocery store and restaurants. A car is recommended, however.

3. We provide two private, labeled parking spots directly in front of the building. Please make sure to park only in these spots and not in the neighboring spots.
